NotionGlaze ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service. By using NotionGlaze, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Service:
- Account Information: We collect your Notion User ID, name, and email provided via OAuth 2.0. We do not store Notion passwords.
- Content Data: We access, process, and cache the content of the specific Notion pages and databases you explicitly share with NotionGlaze.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous telemetry about dashboard usage to improve our product performance and UI.
- Payment Information: Handled entirely by Paddle.com. We only store subscription status, plan type, and transaction IDs.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information strictly to:
- Generate and host your high-performance website from Notion.
- Manage your account and subscription billing.
- Provide customer support and security alerts.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent platform abuse.
4. Data Storage and Security
Encryption: Your Notion Access Token is encrypted at rest using **AES-256-GCM** encryption. All data transmission is secured via **TLS 1.2+**.
Infrastructure: We utilize Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQL) and images are cached in Cloudflare R2.
Data Retention: We retain your data only while your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated tokens and cached content are permanently purged within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services (Subprocessors)
We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Cloudflare: Hosting, database, and infrastructure provider.
- Paddle: Merchant of Record and payment gateway.
- Notion: We access the Notion API to retrieve your content.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold.
- Correction: Update inaccurate information in your profile.
- Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request permanent removal of your data.
- Revocation: Disconnect our access to your Notion workspace at any time.

7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
